The entire process that leads to the realization of our articles is managed and carried out internally by us, from the preparation of the alloy, the molding, the thermal treatment, tumbling, sandblasting, grinding, etc. until quality controls performed on 100% of the pieces.

All our models are certified according to the last European standards (EN ISO 22568-1: 2019 Type B) by CIMAC (organisms notified for the certification of personal protective equipment).

We test in the company the finished product: at each production batch we test 80 toecaps pairs for each size to the 200 Joule crash test.

For your and our safety, we crash over 15,000 pairs of toecaps per year.

We keep the tested and destroyed tips for over 2 years, finally we compile a report with the results that we archive.

For our products, we use a special high performance aluminium alloy, for the care of the environment we use from 20% to 30% recycled aluminium in our alloy.
